6 Easy Steps Hair Care For Your Hair Weaves

For the same good quality virgin hair, why some people are able to use it for more than one year, but some just use it for few months, even weeks. Yes, hair care is the reason! To ensure your hair is long-lasting, the following are some tips of weave maintenance:

1: Detangle your hair

 Detangle is a very important step prior to shampooing your hair, to get rid of tangles, Brush or comb hair gently using a wide tooth or a detangling brush. While combing, please start combing from the ends and slowly work your way to the root, small sections at a time. It is better to support the hair with your hand when combing. The more careful you treat your hair the longer it will last.

2: Shampoo/ Condition your hair regularly

Shampoo hair at least once a week. When you feel hair dry or heavy, then it is time to shampoo. Use warm water, wash hair gently in a downward motion with your palms, Apply moisturizing shampoo generously, do not massage or rub the hair, because it will cause open cuticles to rub against each other causing friction. Gently run your fingers on it to remove any tangles. Rinse the shampoo out generously.

Deep Condition is very necessary. Apply a moisturizing conditioner, use your fingers to work the conditioner into your hair. Put on a shower for a wait at least 15 minutes, or 30 minutes. then rinse out the conditioner thoroughly.

3: Dry you hair with the lowest heat setting

After washing, just put it on the table and let it air dry. Do not brush wet hair as that is when hair follicles are at their most up. Do not hang it up. Do not heat, because heat is the biggest enemy. The more you use it, the shorter the life span of your hair. If you must use it, we suggest you put on a cool setting. Never use high temperatures on your hair, it can damage the hair. Flat irons should be avoided.

4: Style your hair with safe products

We suggest you ask your stylist help for with styling. Using styling products that don’t contain alcohol, you can use hairspray, mousse, gel, and other styling products in moderation.

5: Avoid Color/ bleach your hair too often

6: Protect Your Hair While Sleep

Avoid sleeping with your human hair weaves, because it may tangle when you sleep You’d better plait or pin your hair up. Sleep with a satin cap or on a satin-covered pillow to avoid pillow friction.
